FAQ

Is booking here safe?

Yes. Payment is handled by our secure checkout provider Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Why is it cheaper than the booking sites?

Booking sites add a guest service fee. Airbnb adds a 15% fee, VRBO adds a 13% fee. When you book directly with us there isn’t one.

What is the cancellation policy?

Each home’s policy is shown at checkout before you pay.

How do I get the address and door code?

After booking you’ll get a confirmation with check-in details. The full address and access instructions are sent 24 hours before arrival.
