Diamond Creek is a secluded cabin retreat set on 14 wooded acres in Gallipolis, Ohio, with a peaceful stream and several miles of walking trails right on the property. The entire cabin is yours to enjoy, sleeping up to 6 across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Bedrooms include a king bed in one room and a double plus two singles in the other, making it a comfortable fit for families or small groups. The cabin also offers access to nearby trails and additional space on request, along with a private living room and dining area for relaxing after a day outdoors.
A charcoal grill is available if you'd like to cook outside, and the hot tub can be arranged on request. The property sits off the beaten path with no cell coverage, but you'll have fast, reliable high-speed WiFi (150 Mbps Starlink) throughout your stay.
Note that a 4x4 vehicle is recommended in winter, since the driveway is steep and can get slick with snow.

The cabin was very peaceful, cozy, and clean. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again if we are in the area.
Our stay in the cabin was exellent! Relaxing and secluded, it was amazing just to get away from it all for a few days. The cabin was pristine and the instructions to clock in/out were very easy to follow and clear. I will definitely be staying again if I ever visit the area again!!! 10/10!!!
Really peaceful cabin in the woods. Beautiful surroundings. We would definitely stay here again.
This cabin was a wonderful place to stay, surrounded by trees and immersed in nature, with no sounds other than those of forest animals and insects.
The cabin itself was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, including an impressive selection of spices.
Communication with John was easy and straightforward throughout the stay.
The only minor drawback was the access road. The small gravel path could be challenging to navigate during winter, but this is to be expected given the location of the property.
The property was absolutely lovely and peaceful. The pictures were definitely exactly what the house and surrounding area looked like, and I actually don't think the pictures did the house justice. It was nicer than even the pictures suggested. The house felt homey and was comfortable. Honestly the best bed I've ever slept on!
John was very communicative and messaged often to make sure we had what we needed and instructions for what came next. There was a minor issue when we first arrived and someone was on site within 30 minutes of messaging to resolve it.
I would absolutely recommend staying here!
My husband and I wanted a quiet and peaceful weekend getaway and this was perfect. We spent the weekend reading, sitting on the patio in the rocking chairs and listening to the birds. It was exactly what we needed- would definitely recommend.
An amazing little cabin hidden away in the woods. It was such a cozy and serene getaway for our trip to Gallipolis, Point Pleasant, and Charleston. John was a wonderful host and we'd love to stay there again.
The house is perfect for us. We live in an urban area, and we are always looking for some peace and quiet when we are able to get away for a trip like this.
We were in town for the 4th of July and Gallipolis has a good celebration every year.
The people are very friendly, you can talk to anyone and John is the same.
We will be back out next year, and I will be returning to this house.

Adorable little cabin tucked away in the woods. It was perfect for our needs. We loved all of the outdoor space, and spent our evenings on the front porch in the rockers. So relaxing! Communication with the host was great, very friendly and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again if we were in the area.
Great place to stay. Peaceful in nature is just what we needed to wind down from long days of work.
This is such a private and beautiful location. Lots of natural light and you could hear the creek right from the porch.

John was hands down an awesome host. Great communication from the beginning, during the stay and after as well. Check in was a breeze and John had all the directions and information ready for us. The cabin was amazing and exactly as described. Perfect for what we needed for the trip. What a great place, and we will definitely be back!
