Highly recommend staying at this peaceful, secluded cabin. The property is beautiful with zero noise or light pollution; you can see the stars at night from the comfortable porch. The amenities are thoughtful and layout of the cabin perfect for a couple or even a family with bedrooms separated from the primary suite. I loved the tea options on hand and now have to invest in an electric kettle! We will definitely be back.

Sweet Pines is a full log cabin on 1 acre in Patriot, Ohio, sleeping up to 8 across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. At 1,500 square feet, the cabin features a cozy loft area, a gas-burning fireplace, and a large TV in the living space.
The full cabin, front and back yards, and fire pit are all yours for the stay. Inside, you'll find the home furnished with antiques, including a 100-year-old Edison diamond disk player and a standard record player.
Bedrooms include a king bed, a queen bed, and a set of bunk beds, so the layout works well for families or groups. A hot tub is available on request, and there's a fire pit out back if you bring your own firewood.
The cabin sits in a quiet, secluded spot with no cell coverage, but you'll have fast, reliable high-speed WiFi (150 Mbps Starlink) throughout your stay.

This place was exactly as described and pictured. The house was very cozy, the interior design and decor was amazing.
It was very clean and very well maintained. We were able to relax in the hot tub, which was a very nice break and greatly appreciated after a long day exploring the near by areas.
I would highly recommend this place and the host...ESPECIALLY if you are looking for a quiet, clean, secluded, cozy, relaxing break from your everyday.
John was a great host who was very accommodating, welcoming, and available if we were to need anything. Thank you very much John, if we find our way back to the area we would LOVE to stay here again.
If you are looking for a peaceful spot for your vacation or trip, this is the perfect place far from the city noise and surrounded by nature. It is absolutely beautiful and tranquil, and you will love the drive to this lovely location, with its stunning views and scenic roads.
My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The cabin was quiet, secluded, and exactly what we were wanting for a getaway with just us two. We would 100% come back here again. The cabin was clean and well stocked with needed paper products and anything else so we were able to just stay and relax, just what we were looking to do. Cabin is located in a peaceful and quite wooded area with deer and birds singing all around us. John was great to work with prior and during our stay. Highly recommend!

This cabin is perfect, very beautiful location too, plenty of wildlife, I even saw about eagle. It was so exciting, had a lot of fun. The main bathroom. The main bathroom is super comfortable, in the bathroom was really well built. The house was super clean, and in the back they are installing a hot tub so I probably have to come back soon lol
The location was great. Quiet and beautiful winding country roads. No cellular service, but we were able to make and receive calls through wifi. The kitchen stove was not very clean.
This was an amazing place to stay! Secluded lots of nature and beautiful animals too! Just watch out for deer when you’re driving. The cabin was very pretty, clean and had a charcoal grill as well. Big thanks to John for the excellent proactive and responsive communication. We would stay again and probably will!
Due to a family member passing away, my family needed to book a last minute trip. Everything was handled quickly and proficiently. The cabin was a nice, peaceful place to go to at the end of the day and just what my family needed. Though there was no cell service, the instructions for WiFi were very clear and easy to access. Checkout was a breeze and the easiest checkout we’ve had yet!

Quiet and relaxing, far enough away from everything for some much needed peace, but close enough that we weren’t completely cut off. The scenery was beautiful and serene.
